Deb Neo

Born and raised in Singapore, Deb Neo moved to Ohio when she was 10. A passion for PPE runs in the Neo family. For nearly two decades, Deb’s father has owned his own company that produces cleanroom products and accessories — gloves, masks, wipes, and other sanitization supplies — in Asia. In 2020, after witnessing rampant price gouging and scarcity in the PPE industry, Deb founded NEO PPE. With her already-established family connection, she knew she could address the PPE shortage, bring high-quality face masks and respirators to the US, and connect medical-grade safety equipment with customers in need.

While her previous education and experience were in the field of social work, Deb’s passion for helping others quickly blended with her life-long experience of watching her father run the family business. As NEO PPE quickly becomes a preferred source of face masks in the country, Deb continues to focus on expanding the company, delivering quality PPE supplies, and helping more people with every product we sell.

Kathryn Dougherty

Kathryn Dougherty, MBA, is the founder of Spritz Beverages Co, a start-up that develops and markets a line of softly sparkling, boldly flavored, craft tea infusions. Recognizing a gap in the market for non-alcoholic drink alternatives, especially those that appeal to women and female athletes, Kathryn began experimenting with different flavor combinations. Nellie Corriveau

Sales Queen, Nellie Corriveau, is passionate about helping women entrepreneurs with big dreams reach and exceed six figures in their business by demystifying sales. Nellie got her first taste of sales in the nonprofit sector, successfully raising over 3 million dollars for Nellie’s Champions for Kids, which she founded at the young age of 16. She has since transitioned out of her Executive Director role at NC4K and into business coaching and strategy where she uses her unique gifts to coach and support entrepreneurs on how to actually make money doing what they love.

Under Nellie’s guidance, entrepreneurs learn to master their sales skills with focused strategies and rock-solid accountability. Juana Williams is the CEO of J’s Sweet Treats and Wedding Cakes, LLC where she is known for creating magical memorable moments through edible art.

Juana has won the Couples Choice Award through Wedding Wire for five (5) consecutive years and has been featured on both local and national networks showcasing her culinary talents. The latest being Buddy Valastro the Cake Boss’s new show, “Bake it Like Buddy” and the Drew Barrymore show. Juana successful launched two brick and mortar bakeries despite the ongoing pandemic and has plans to continue to grow the business.

In addition to creating delectable delights, Juana also has a passion for health & wellness and channels that through her fitness company, BodybyJuana, LLC., where precovid she oversaw 25+ fitness classes per month throughout the city of Columbus and suburban communities. With 25 years of Corporate America experience, 4 children and a husband, this woman of valor has proven you can have it all, if you work for it

Lee uses her 15+ years of experience in healthcare, psychology, and education to help her professional and entrepreneurial clients prioritize pleasure as a path to trusting themselves to call in what they desire.

Brooke Lawrence

In February of 2020, after 10 years in manufacturing, I threw off the uniform, and
decided to live my dream. With a few years of investing and Airbnb experience paired with the innate ability to design/decorate, I took a leap of faith to start my own home staging company.

March 2020, COVID-19 was in full force, and through the pandemic, I worked as hard as I could to stabilize a 1 month old business. It was just me, a couple of good friends helping out here and there, a rented uhaul and/ or my dads van that I borrowed, and an extremely overpriced storage unit.

My only dream was to be able to successfully do a couple stages a month and just be happy.
Cut to today, September 2021. I have an Instagram account @shestagescolumbus and you will see that I have a #roadto200 campaign as I navigate this year on the road to stage 200 properties.

Aggressively, we are already at 91% of our goal, I have a team 6 employees, A fleet of 2 vehicles, 2 large warehouses, and no plans of slowing. Though the day in the life of being an entrepreneur is pure chaos. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else with my life.
